Thank you for shopping with Jaelle’s Creative Corner. Each tray table is custom-made with care, and we work hard to ensure every order is completed and packaged properly.

Processing Time
All custom tray tables are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Jaelle’s Creative Corner is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

Local Pickup/Delivery
If local pickup or delivery options are available, details will be provided during checkout.
