Welcome to Jaelle’s Creative Corner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders
All products are handmade and customized based on the information, photos, colors, and design details provided by the customer. Please make sure all information is accurate before submitting your order.

Design Process
Once the design process has started, changes may be limited and cannot be guaranteed. Additional changes or requests may require extra processing time and may include additional fees.

Processing Time
All custom tray tables are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion. Processing times do not include shipping or delivery time. During busy seasons, processing times may vary.

Photos & Personalization
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality images and correct personalization details. Jaelle’s Creative Corner is not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.

Payments
Orders must be paid according to the payment terms provided at checkout. Work will begin once payment requirements have been completed.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, Jaelle’s Creative Corner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect customer information.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once work on your order has begun.
